Inquiry handling

A narrow intake path, not an open evidence room.

The initial brief exists to determine whether a bounded review may be useful. It is not the place to transfer credentials, source records, or unrestricted access.

01

What is collected

Only the information a visitor enters in the initial brief, together with ordinary technical information required to deliver and protect the submission. The hosting platform also records basic traffic analytics, including unique visitors and page views.

02

Why it is used

To assess whether the described condition appears suitable for Twicefield, ask limited clarifying questions, and respond to the person who submitted it.

03

How it moves

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The initial brief is validated and delivered without creating a separate application database. Cloudflare Turnstile provides anti-abuse verification; Resend provides transactional delivery; Zoho hosts the Twicefield mailbox. Resend currently retains transactional email data for 30 days.

04

What not to submit

Do not send passwords, API keys, account numbers, regulated personal records, source documents, or other information that requires a defined access boundary. Those materials, if ever necessary, belong to a later and separately agreed path.

05

Retention and contact

Inquiry correspondence is retained in the operating mailbox only as long as reasonably necessary to assess, respond, document the relationship, or meet legal obligations. Questions or deletion requests may be sent to brief@twicefield.com.
